What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that I am able to run through conversations, look up different parts of a conversation, and understand how messages are being received and how the field is reacting to our positioning. As a product marketing manager, we are always seeking for field validation. Thanks to Chorus.ai, we can hear about prospect and customer reactions to understand detailed feedback.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The search could be improved. It does the job but the lack of semantic search does not help to identify how certain topics are being talked about.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For full adoption when considering this product, think about how different functions can use it - not just the sales team. HR for recruiting, sales for field discussions, product marketing for messaging, compete for competitive intelligence, etc. The more functions can adopt it, the more worth the investment it'll be.
