What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
Transcription capabilities, AI, ability to easily share calls afterwords.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The quick, easy recordings that are nicely translated and easily shareable later.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No long able to automatically join my calls, some translations don't come out right, and sometimes I can't find past calls that likely weren't recorded.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great way to focus on your call while this takes notes.

Enjoyable, fast, fully featured call annotation

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
1) Notetaker reliably adds to any call -- so I can actually record and annotate all voicechats. Most tools are not this reliable. 2) Pleasant UX for both discovery and sharing of videos 3) Softer color palette...for me, it's great to have a pastel palette over eye-assaulting bold colors in other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Notetaker is very reliable. I can count on its ability to capture any video meeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Comment and snippet features are useful. However, I'd like more support on adding snippets or comments as I play the video. I don't always like to fully pause a video as I choose a comment timestamp or a snippet range. Real-time adjustment to comments and snippets (especially without using modals) elevates this feature to a 10/10!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Reliability and quality of call recording is a big thing for me because I've been burned in the past. For once, I can capture call recordings reliably on any meeting platform. :)
