What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

The team that sold us Chorus.ai saw the long term vision we had for our business. We felt heard and sensed of true partnership. While others tried to sell us a software, Dan at Chrous.ai sold us a brighter future.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Searching and customization functions has made it quick and easy to dive into researching our users experience. It's not just for coaching it's for learning about your cutomers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The email functions have lagged behind the features of audio recording.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It was my experience that the trial spoke for itself.
