Chorus doesn’t just write down calls, it helps teams understand and use them better. It finds important parts, shows patterns, and helps sales teams make smart choices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The look of Chorus is really nice and easy to use. Listening to calls or reading transcripts feels fast and simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Chorus works great with Salesforce, which is cool. But I wish it could connect better with other CRMs too.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to get better at talking to customers, Chorus can really help. It makes sales calls smarter and helps you learn what works.

Customers really value the availability of call recordings. It helps them to distribute buildings and minimize any chance of misunderstanding, ensuring a well synchronized operation that in turn results in an effective pathway to meet targets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The text transcripts can be overwhelming to read. Since the formatting isn’t always great, it feels like reading a big block of text.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s also great for training new team members. Instead of throwing them straight into sales calls, they can listen to real conversations and learn what works before talking to customers themselves.

It saves time on call reports and next steps. When I'm on the phone, I don't have to write down as many things. the choice to go back and look over the talk weeks later.

Joining meetings and pasting URLs doesn't always work.
