What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

Chorus.ai works great for recording and archiving meetings, so you can use it for everything from discovery calls to technical scoping calls and beyond. Chorus.ai is not a good fit for businesses or consumers that place a high value on privacy and discretion, although they do have the option to decline call recording before the session begins, which is convenient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For our sales staff, this technology has been a real game-changer. Because we have the conversation or meeting recorded, we can quickly get to the most pertinent sections and get back to work. Higher-level patterns are also visible. Training new employees is facilitated more effectively as well. They record successful deals at the closure so they may evaluate them later and demonstrate routine procedure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Certain inaccuracies in speaker identification and transcription are to be expected with any transcription tool; even so, I can usually make out who was speaking by listening to the original tape. For the sake of completeness in the analytics, it would be nice if the system could more precisely tag call elements like "engaging questions" and "risks," although this is a small quibble.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think it's a fantastic tool for learning how the body responds to different statements. The ability to view call metrics and identify problem areas was quite helpful. Nevertheless, I encountered issues with the transcribing skills, as words were frequently mixed up and the software failed to accurately recognize my voice.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

Chorus is vital in our company since 3 and a half years ago that we implemented and use their services, offering scalable options thanks to the patent portfolio so broad and reliable that offers helping us to transcribe and analyze our meetings and sales in real time that has allowed us to have a clearer and more targeted approach to the needs of our product and its consumer, in times of pandemic was our ideal ally when recording and analyzing our calls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Depending on the requirement you need it is always a good option, thanks to its tool to record allows you to take notes and listen to conversations, in the area of marketing is an excellent support that allows you to listen directly to customers with more tranquility and analyze their needs, the fragments are of excellent help to share profits and to train, as it generates an excellent option for training calls or share recordings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has very slow methods at the time of filtering sometimes you have to leave the call and do it all over again which is a hopeless loss of time for our operators, usually have small problems that do not allow processing parts of the call that are often important or informative content, the system on the mobile device can be a bit cumbersome and makes its use problematic which generates limitations today more than before.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a very good tool of the moment that promotes analysis as an advantage for the growth and improvement of staff, it also helps you drive improvements in sales based on the needs and discomfort of the customer thanks to a review with more time of the call that was made in real time, as well as in meetings with partners and assigned guidelines to achieve more detailed notes that allow you to better consistency in your work.
