What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

It has a great database with all calls and pretty good filtering system that can help you find your calls

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how quick everything it is and that it already has my team calls on the home page so that we can easily go through calls.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it doesnt have the best integration with salesforce and you have to go into Chorus.Ai to find specific calls rather than staying in Salesforce

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Getting in on the Activity page of Salesforce so that we can load it up in SF rather than going into Chorus.AI every time

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

Chorus.ai is intelligent and robust tool for recording our internal and external calls.Features like downloading calls, changing speeds are very impressive too. These all differentiates it form others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Chorus.ai generates the most accurate transcripts and it gets automatically synced for calls so there is no need to put efforts. It also provide the features of scoreboard of scoring the calls. These features are some of my favorites.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Chorus sometimes fails to detect all speaker in call and incorrectly map them. Also its accuracy is always not on the expected level which disappoints user.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Undoubtedly its the good experience with this product, it accuracy is extremely helpful and one should use it. Though it has some cons, but its a promising product and can be seen growing with even more improved features.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

Chorus is excellent for maintaining promises made to clients during phone talks. It's simple to go back to particular parts of the recording to examine customer feedback, make promises, and share segments of calls with peers for feedback that differentiates Chorus.ai from other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's a smart and dependable tool for capturing both internal and external calls. The transcripts it produces are often correct. I like that you can leave comments on the recordings, request coaching, and keep track of your conversations on a scorecard. Other capabilities, such as downloading calls, altering the speed, and creating a sharing link, are also quite handy. There is no need to manually sync it for calls because it is done automatically.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Loading the recording has several issues, particularly with extended recordings. I'm not sure if it's because of my internet connection or because of the programme itself. However, I understand that because the tools have been recording for a long time, they are still performing what they are intended to be doing, and the issue of loading the recordings is simply a minor one.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a user, I endorse Chorus.aI because it may assist businesses, particularly sales departments, enhance their sales style or technique by watching a tape of a selling point. It's also particularly useful during this time of epidemic, especially for individuals working from home or having difficulty interacting with colleagues and asking for help with training.
