Document and file sharing is enabled. Hybrid application as it is available on web and on-premises installation. High quality videos when video calling.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Collaboration through messaging and calling between users. Screen sharing is highly enabled. Instant messaging between users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of free trial version for training and learning. Cisco requires additional skills for configuration.

Cisco jabber is a great tool for collaboration between users located between different locations.

What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

Cisco Jabber is our communication hub in the organization, its multiple benefits to strengthen communication and collaboration, for team members, there was a steady increase in team productivity, we currently have it deployed as a softphone for remote workers. including helpdesk inquiries, financial assistance and registration information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a very complete application in every sense of communication, gives you the ability to have your extension on your computer, mobile or Tablet, being able to send messages to your colleagues, share documents, screens, access voicemail or even videoconferencing rooms gives the opportunity to work remotely (Depending on the position), Allows daily operations to continue without having to be at the desk.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Being such a simple API they do not take into account its platform design which can be improved, it also does not allow you to call meetings and it cannot be synchronized with the desktop version so you lose all your chats if you go somewhere else. It should enable an option to invite people outside the organization to a videoconference and no less important to register numbers, security reasons a caller ID.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We rely on Jabber where it shows us that for teams where individuals multitask it achieves a quick resolution, as no groups are needed to resolve these types of issues. It also provides a unique tool that replaces the need for a mobile or office phone. It is best suited for screen sharing. regardless of geographic location, it is a great advantage for those who value such uniformity/simplicity.

Hybrid application in that it is available in web-based and on-premises installation. Allows users ease of collaboration through instant messaging and VOIP. Allows ease of file and document sharing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Call answering in mobile application regardless of location. Allows chat saving for future references. Allows for chatting even when calling.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI and UX needs improvements. Not east to customize.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best tool a company needs for regional communication and collaboration.
