What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?
Basically, the sound and picture quality is good, and there is stability that does not disturb even if several bases are connected at the same time. With Cisco products alone, it meets enterprise-level security requirements without any problems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have more opportunities to telecommute and I can easily chat with my colleagues at the workplace, which is not as much as sending an email or call.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are times when it is not necessary to respond, as in the case of a simple contact, but since it is not a read-only screen like Skype, I think it would be nice if you could understand the status at a glance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is used to facilitate communication during teleworking. You can also view and verify online and offline performance, and save the hassle of making phone calls and emails. Sharing information between bases is now easier. Although it is difficult to travel remotely, I benefit from the fact that training and meetings can be easily conducted. Even in meetings involving a large number of people between bases, the connection is stable and can be conducted smoothly.

Cisco Jabber is a platform with a wide variety of options that will complement a graphical experience for companies to create conferences through video calls in the most comfortable way possible, especially aimed at companies that want a secure space on the web to finalize their negotiations. as well as carrying out communication without the need to be physically present with all the employees of the company, one aspect that differentiates it from the rest is the quality of the software that strives to work at full power and not generate any inconvenience while it is in use, unlike other programs that are saturated and respond very slowly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am very grateful that this program exists because it helps me a lot, it is my responsibility to manage and communicate a lot of important information about the company, such as keeping payroll and accounting for future negotiations, Cisco Jabber has the advantage of creating different processes that bring information to all the selected people, in addition to how comfortable it is to use this program, the video and audio quality is very good, thanks to this program my performance is remarkable and outstanding.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A great disadvantage can be the little known of the program if this leads me to tell my clients to download it at the agreed time of the conference, this generates an inconvenience due to time and disgust that it generates in the person who does not know it, we hope that over time Cisco Jabber sounds a lot among its competencies.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The world has changed and is heading to work fully with technology, in addition to events that do not allow a meeting in person, Cisco Jabber is an ideal tool to be in a constant union through electronic devices, this program has high standards to provide its users with an excellent experience while using it, it is these characteristics that make Cisco Jabber a platform that I like to recommend at all times and to my colleagues at work.
