What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

It's a quick and easy way to collaborate or web conference, as everyone knows how to use it in our offices. Because everyone has an account that logs in at the start of their shift, we know we will always be able to communicate, which has been helpful several times.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

End users can use the services with devices of their choice without compromising security due to unsecured devices. The implementation omits the requirement to have the device connected to the corporate network via VPN; we can onboard users faster and maintain corporate security. The deployment also provides flexibility for the user to have Cisco Jabber installed on multiple devices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unintuitive interface, basic paid feature, complex group management, complex screen sharing to implement. The interface is from another era. Features are a bit cluttered.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a very easy to use interface for audio and video calls, and is also used for live chatting. Cisco Jabber brought great chat and video capability to the PBX platform with little difficulty in implementing it in the environment. It is easy to set up Jabber on both a mobile device and your computer, and both seem to work equally well. The ability to send private messages is very useful, and the fact that Jabber saves conversations is also very helpful.

What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

CISCO Jabber is great for internal communication. It is a safe and reliable tool for everyday communication. For ease of use, you can use text and call both options through Jabber. Jabber integration with your Outlook calendar keeps track of all your scheduled meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like about Jabber is its friendly and simple user interface. It so straightforward to do what you need to do. I also like the Secure file sharing and stored chat history with end-to-end encryption.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I don't like about Cisco Jabber is that it randomly logs me out sometimes. It would also be nice if it was easier to add organization contacts. Also, messages cannot be sent if the peer is offline.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jabber can work in an on-premise or cloud model with MRA or Webex Calling, so you can tailor it to your needs.

What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

Unlike other tools, we ourselves have the possibility to mention that this one is different because it gives affiliation with Microsoft, which allows you to call contacts from your Microsoft contacts. For which we are practical with this instrument.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What fascinates us most about this instrument is that you can track your call records. Fewer data loss modes, plus you can share small files, emoticons, etc. You can even customize your status for today as away, online, offline, breakfast, and so on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my very special review, we ourselves could not find a single failure for this product because it provides an app for iOS and Android that we have the possibility of downloading on our own mobile devices and other mobile devices to make internal calls by voice.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We ourselves have the possibility of recommending this instrument since the query and call functionalities are efficient; responses are quick, which is effective once Jabber is used as you navigate CRM systems.
