What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

Seamless integration with all other Cisco products like their cloud platform apps and many more. The video conferencing option is something I have been looking for for a long time and Cisco gave it to me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is an easy to use instant messaging platform that allows you to have private or group chats. It has a unified interface that integrates email and calendar. It allows you to manage all your meetings and sessions in WebEx and other conferencing tools. It also offers an application for iOS and Android that we can download on our mobile and other mobile devices to make internal calls by voice.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really can't find fault with this tool, honestly you don't need more to get good and fast communication, it has many options if you want to share information, share screen figure, among others.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is one of the best collaboration platform I have come across and it serve all the business needs.
