I like that Cisco Jabber ia great for both conferencing and instant business messaging. The software is easy to use and quality of audio and video is unmatched. It's affordable

I can hardly think of any issues with Cisco Jabber

With Cisco Jabber, video conferencing is easy as well as employee communication thanks to instant business messaging features. I recommend this software

What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

Cisco provides the instant messaging, file attachments, audio and virtual calling features to its user. It is has the Blocking features that can be used to block the specific user and hides the user’s ID and other information’s from the blocked domain. Cisco has the Smartwatch compatibility and the meeting scheduling feature that also sends the participants the “Permission asking” notification before adding them to the meeting group. Recording the screen and screen sharing are also the most important feature that the platform have. Font’s sizes and colors can be changed easily to make the chats more fun.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Through this basic platform we can keep the online employee directory. Its features makes collaboration with other departments easy which can help in taking the solutions of the problems. It is easy find the coworker through the company directory listings. Cisco updates its features frequently which is a sign of a good developing

What do you dislike most about this product?

The program does not keep the full track of the chat/messages history which is a huge drawback. The screen sharing process at some points starts lagging, the connectivity is not stable. The platform is not iOS friendly as many iPhone users claims to have difficulty in logging in and the layout color fades after logging in. “File Transfer” feature of the app also has some intermittent issues that needs to be fixed

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my opinion the Cisco Jabber is user friendly and has some expensive pricing which is affordable for the enterprises. The platform is ideal to get in contact with the co-workers, client or any other user.
