You can make group of your selected members and chat with them regularly, share small files and customize your theme and status like online, offline, lunch etc. you can also keep chat history. Response is quick. The user-interface is good and it doesn’t take a lot of screen space. You can open it in background as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You cannot send messages to a person who is showing offline status. Chats are never updated. Sometimes calling doesn’t work. Audio quality is not good. If you want to call on other vendor to jabber, expensive middle devices are required. It is not a free platform nor does it allow free trials.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is not highly recommended as you are so many different ways to be connected with you team and it requires a very stable internet connection and the video and audio are sometimes disconnected if your internet connection is poor.
