What differentiates Cisco Secure Email Threat Defense from other similar products?

It has an intuitive, clear graphical interface where you can deploy your policies and understand the overall flow. There are a lot of things that you cannot handle on the graphic interface, like message filters. For this, you need to go to a lower level where you have more power, like command line interface. So, this solution has the best of both worlds.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is doing what it was actually designed to do. It has ensured we don't have business email compromises, and it has also ensured that our brand Galaxy is unique all year round."

What do you dislike most about this product?

The area of license renewal should be improved

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Product is of great use and lots of features.

What differentiates Cisco Secure Email Threat Defense from other similar products?

It has assisted us in resolving issues with the security and dependability of incoming and outgoing emails and the information we transmit using such methods. On the other side, email's ability to detect spam and online threats has spared us a lot of trouble. On the other hand, the implementation and training processes went smoothly, and we wasted no time in the beginning to reap its rewards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a handy and practical instrument to efficiently safeguard all employees' emails within the company and avoid the buildup of spam and emails with malicious material. Software with a robust interface design and dependable features allows for the highest level of security and confidence while using corporate email within a company. The effectiveness with which it can offer email protection and the time it saves by deleting incoming and outgoing junk and threat emails is excellent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Undoubtedly, the cost is high, despite the fact that it is incredibly efficient.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It offers several benefits, has an easy-to-understand design, and is reasonably priced. It is perfect for enhancing computer security in a medium used and required by any organization as email.

What differentiates Cisco Secure Email Threat Defense from other similar products?

The levels of threat intelligence provided from Cisco Talos.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The efficacy of the CES solution is outstanding. It's very rare that any malicious content gets through to users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The complications of managing the dashboard. The user interface is not overly intuative, and has not really been updated since Cisco putrchased Ironport email security.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Carry out a POC to validate the value of the solution. It's quite a long process to set this up, but Cisco will allocate a dedicated Engineer their side to walk you through the process and also run through the configurations.
