What differentiates Splunk IT Service Intelligence from other similar products?

The level of integration with other log sources and visualization capabilities that Splunk has is beyond measure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Search & Reporting app, Alerting and different Splunk apps

What do you dislike most about this product?

Splunk uses SPL which is difficult to learn easily. The training is paid and costly. While the documentation is very well available, a direction needs to be found

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Splunk is a beast and probably the best tool for security engineers out there
