As we work remotely in a pandemic period it provides a high level of security so we are able to work more securely than before. If I have to choose one aspect it would be its security.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The roaming agent frequently prevents Windows from accurately detecting Internet access, which prevents Office 365 from functioning. It would be helpful to have a more thorough explanation of what the Security Categories cover as there are generic descriptions given.
