What differentiates ClientSuccess from other similar products?
What I found impressive is that all those options are very well laid out and the entire package is very easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I most appreciate the support team within ClientSuccess. Thus they are always close to assist me with any questions or difficulties which may occur. Everyone who works in their customer support is friendly and it is always reassuring to have them on my back.
What do you dislike most about this product?
On this point, what I don’t find convenient is that at times the interface feels slightly complicated. As we will see, there are virtually limitless features and answers at your disposal, so it can even be a bit overwhelming at first. Nonetheless, when you are accustomed to it, you learn how robust the software is.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In earnest, I can vouch for ClientSuccess to any organization that seeks to enhance on its client relations. What makes blind copy pleasant is its simplicity, a combination with an outstanding work of the support service team. Can’t be happier with the way it was used and I am pretty sure any individual who will use it will have the same attitude.

Bugs that shouldn’t have passed basic QA testing.

Easy to implement and to configure/tweak. Knowledge center is spotty: good detail on some areas, outdated or missing articles for some key topics.
