What differentiates CloudNine LAW from other similar products?

Cloud-nine's eDiscovery solution has the price point, the ability to be customized, the training, the professional and knowledgeable user support, and the functions to successfully define, store, retrieve, and review and (as necessary) change documents to meet the regulatory requirements that it is required to meet. It's software is intuitive, effective, and well written. It's help staff, management, and development staff is open and willing to listen and then, if at all possible either change the overall product, or customize it to meet you company's requirements in these areas. I have not worked with an organization that excels so well in all of these areas. Working as a consultant with the team, my input and recommendations were passed along by the evaluation team, and those at the company who had the overall purchase authority, but I saw them work with me and my own suggestions, as well as those of their team, and contact and work with Cloude-nine and bring to fruition a solution that very much benefited the company's needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Intuitive, well written/not taxing the computing environment, the knowledge and willingness of their staff at practically all levels to meet the needs, and their clear friendliness and enjoyment in working in the environment and space that their product occupied.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There were a few hiccups and errors...but honestly, I do not know of any product of this scale, that through a well written and carried out specification and testing regiment does not. If they tell you they did, I would say that something is wrong. Anyway, this organization, as I have said earlier, responded overwhelmingly in the positive to issues and did their utmost to address them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have an effective, well written and detailed specification for your needs, and then just as effective a testing and communication regiment to ensure that your company addresses, fairly, your plan with the vendor. Then be certain to effectively communicate all of it to the vendor, ensuring that the vendor knows precisely the weighting methodology you use for the various capabilities you are looking for and the time frames you need them by. The communicate them, and do all in our power to gauge the genuineness of the responses you receive from the vendor and then move forward being true to your specification and open to listening to the vendor as they go through the challenge of podding to it, being willing if at all possible to tweak things as you move along, if the things being tweaked are able to be done while still supplying the overall outcomes you seek.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Enables Productivity
