lack of catalog and reference data tools

understand the gap between out of the box features and business process - tool can be customized to meet needs but that can cause issues down the road trying to upgrade and add new features

Sometimes R&D support during new requirement to support their product.

Its a bundle one which provided as per customer choose all capablities to manage business special more suitable for B2B Telco solutions.
