What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the CMW Platform is its low-code/no-code interface. It empowers both technical and non-technical users to quickly design, modify, and automate workflows without needing deep coding knowledge. This feature promotes collaboration across teams and significantly speeds up the development process, making it an excellent choice for businesses looking to empower more employees while maintaining flexibility and control over their processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One area where the CMW Platform could improve is its limited out-of-the-box templates and industry-specific solutions. While it offers flexibility through its low-code interface, the lack of pre-built templates for specific industries or common business processes can require additional setup time and effort. This might slow down adoption for users who are looking for quicker deployment or are unfamiliar with the platform’s design tools.

What differentiates CMW Platform from other similar products?

We have used CMW for Vendor management. It is quite handy to generate purchase orders and invoices. The live dashboard provides updated information about the progress and rejections. Overall, the UI is still a bit old & can be overwhelming at first. The new teams will require hands-on sessions provided by their support team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Interactive Dashboards - CMW provides various inbuilt dashboards that can be customized as per the team's needs. There's also an approval-workflow initiation process that is a one-time activity to streamline live status updates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

- No Generative AI tools provided. - Complicated onboarding process. - Low code app generation workflow needs a lot of improvements such as help cards & tooltips.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make all users attend the preliminary sessions.
