What differentiates Commio from other similar products?

Most definitely they're toll-free and voice routing services whereby we can clearly choose the voice carriers. This level of transparency is not offered by any other top reseller in the industry and is by far the most important for us. The Dynamic failover routing has helped mitigate on numerous occasions outages.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Again it will be about the cal routing along with the deep analytics we can retrieve on a per-call basis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing still needs to be better vs some of their peers

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great value for those resellers or telephone integrators that are delivering VOIP telephony services for their phone systems and do not want the bureacratic red ATP that comes along with dealing with ILEcs and CLECs. thinQ does it so much better!

What differentiates Commio from other similar products?

The ability to dynamically manage your trunk pathways and usage through their software interface as opposed to the traditional model of static telephony provider relationships. thinQ provides an excellent interface for management and reporting on your provider trunks and efficiency.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The control it provides the customer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cannot think of anything to mention.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'm not sure why someone wouldn't consider thinQ due to the fact they are still working with the major carriers, they just give you the flexibility and governance over your performance and provide a very nice redundancy and that extra assurance that their architecture provides to make sure your calls are good, clean and successful!
