What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature of the Conga CLM tool is its adaptability to different contract scenarios. I chose it because of how well it supports CPQ and ALM integration and how sturdy it is. It's flexible enough to accommodate an infinite number of possible contract scenarios. Using xauthor technology, you can easily add new clauses, appendices, and agreements to a standard Word template while tying in Salesforce variables.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wouldn't say I like that it cannot keep track of repeated redlined check-ins without discarding all prior edits. Creating new documents seems to be taking more time than usual. The production of templates and the X-Author interface are both excessively sluggish. Line item presentment constraints in the quotation record could also be more flexible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Apttus CLM is helping us standardize our disparate approaches to contract management. It would seem that Apttus Contract Management is a viable option for Contracts. The Apttus CPQ tool's ability to adapt to a wide range of contract scenarios is a significant selling point for me. All the local and worldwide adjustments I've made to client contracts are now easily documented.

Unlike other products, Conga is a cutting-edge CLM system. It is the best customization functionality currently available. Processes and OOB capabilities that aid customization without a lot of code. It syncs with data and is connected with all of our systems. It is also incredibly configurable. It can also be linked entirely with the built-in CRM system from Salesforce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate how the contract is generated and presented in a form that is easy for the end user to grasp. It is an established solution in the CPQ space and expandable for any necessary integrations. I can configure the package to meet our specific needs using doc assembly rule sets, which is excellent. The availability of pre-built templates for often used legal papers is a notable feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although the licensing fee is high, it may be reasonable considering the many helpful features. Users would benefit from some minor tweaks to the site's navigation. There is a need for further elaboration in the Guide's present section on best practices. It was a lot of work to set up Conga CLM to deal with that complexity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Apptus CLM package fills the void left by the need for a manual procedure to complete agreements, which may hinder communication between the Marketing and Administrative departments at a crucial juncture. To minimize future problems, Conga must expedite the contract approval procedure with the appropriate stakeholders before putting it in the package.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Conga CLM is a favorite of mine, and I believe it is best suited for our businesses that require sophisticated merges with data from several bespoke or standard objects structured in tables. Despite being a superuser and a qualified Conga Composer professional, I believe my organization has merely scratched the surface of what we can achieve with solution parameters.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that our print materials have proven to be quite tough to perfect and there has been very little training. We learned the majority of what we know through YouTube videos. The support staff is not good and responsible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This solution has significantly reduced the whole turnaround time for our clients, from document creation through document generating to receiving a final signed copy. It has a wizard and document assembly rules, as well as a seamless production of contact from the template utilizing the agreement object fields.
