What differentiates Conga CLM from other similar products?

Tool is intuitive; can check the audit trail to track the contract status. Can download the file during auditing

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Redlining; ability to true up the documents using redlining; configurable link expiration and senders automatically; could do better in supporting though.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Server outage issues really frustrates our team as the esignatures that happened so far are lost due to conga server outage which ends up redoing the contract from the scratch

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please make sure you fix the server outage issues; also should be able to retrieve the lost data during the outage

What differentiates Conga CLM from other similar products?

Help me in fixing the customer issue in real time. Conga Email Templates is the best part as we can create mutiple templates and use the conga paramater for selection of these templates

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy use and well defined templates, easy contract creation for order management. Quick solution for proposals to be shared to customer

What do you dislike most about this product?

Processing time can be improved given the kind of optimization

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want document generation capability for any usecase, be it simple or most complex, you can trust Conga Contracts blindly
