What differentiates Contentful from other similar products?

The developer documentation is solid and getting started with the solution is very easy. My experience with AE working with our company was phenomenal as he was incredibly responsive in helping answer all of our questions. Additionally, the ability to use developer mode for free during testing allowed us to build a solid POC before moving forward.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's super simple to model content as a semi technical business user. I love that I can get things started by building new models based on the marketing or business goals but also have my hands on how it works to ensure it will be easy to maintain. Having a tool likes this helps bridge gaps between business and IT.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I honestly think it needs to be smarter when recognizing a pasted text since sometimes it has bullets but kontent recognizes them as squares and has to do it manually which takes longer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

can be reused in other pages without having to rebuild the entire page. Also, the ease with generating new pages for events and the interconnect ability between them. It is also realy usefull that you can find all sorts of content based and implement it in a new page with ease.

What differentiates Contentful from other similar products?

A content data infrastructure, or an enterprise content management system, is called contentful.The free Community Version of Contentful allows users to test the CMS for free at first. No other enterprise provider provides the same option. The Compose module, which finally eliminates all of the shortcomings of the WebApp, is what I like best. The app launch makes it possible to test and plan larger releases before they are released. I like how accessible Contentful is all over the world; it works well even in China, and we had no performance issues prior to the start of an international trade show. Emails should be attractively designed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The central content hub for all content and assets is provided by Contentful for me and my customers. Then, the contents can be delivered to other systems. For instance,I can build a PIM with Contentful that, for instance, supplies products to an ERP system and an e-commerce site. Different content requirements apply to an e-commerce system than an ERP system. It is possible to distribute very specific rights for the content's editing via the roles and rights model, which greatly facilitates teamwork.There are already a lot of apps that have contentful extensions that add new functionality.Filled out by all employees, regardless of experience

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I'm missing is a live preview of my system changes. This opens in a new window right now. However, there are alternative extensions and fixes that address the issue. The Baukasten elements are naturally again a little restricted here and there, and one cannot layout something quite as freely as one would ideally. A good example would be to place two CTAs next to one another rather than below one another. Really, they are only minor things. Overall, I have nothing to replace Contentful with.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All of Contentful's features are used by the entire company, but I personally only use the ability to create dynamic emails. Thanks to the Baukastensystem and Drag and Drop, I can easily create an email template and always see how it turns out in the Preview. The available elements can all be understood clearly by anyone. Almost everything for every type of email layout is available, from text blocks to CTAs to picture blocks. Even dynamic content can be seamlessly integrated into Contentful, such as a personalized headline or the addition of a significant reference number from another system.Brilliant and saves all operating colleagues

This guarantees that it will go hand in hand with the best marketing tools worldwide and develops capabilities that differentiate it from others, such as its display of content that is usually understandable by professionals. It also allows the content of professionals to be seamlessly managed on your platform

What I like most about this tool is that, without a doubt, it is a good service because it allows quick access to different websites, or even mobile applications, mainly those that have been designed to improve the operations of company professionals, it is a content management tool in all aspects

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not presented any problems, and this means that my negative criticisms of this tool are completely null

I summarize it because nowadays professionals must relate to this type of systems because they will be part of the business operations of the future
