I can showcase efficiency gains by decreasing average resolution times for common 'How-to' requests related to our custom ERP integrations and successfully handling peak seasonal volumes with temporary staffing. Real-time ticket and CSAT dashboards are automatically ported into our slides.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Convene allows me to embed ranked customer feedback, highlighting where IT support drives productivity. This helps to show the human impact alongside statistics tied to our training programs and triage process refinements. What do you dislike most about this product?
