I would absolutely recommend for a mid tier company rather than going with o365 or cisco or zoom.

What differentiates Convene from other similar products?

The events developed with this platform guarantee our organization the best quality and an excellent audio and video connection. It is ideal for companies that want to create large-scale events, which can be invitation-controlled events.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Any event can be set up very easily and you can manage all meeting participants very well. The voice quality is very clear and the HD video is excellent. include automatic captions in real time. It seamlessly integrates with some third-party platforms to capture attendee data. It is ideal for conducting training webinars.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Playback of HD video is faulty for some of the events. You must use with a stable network for all its functions to run well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that you use this platform to create dynamic, productive and well organized events. It has high quality features that are easy to use.

What differentiates Convene from other similar products?

The accessibility proves to be quite helpful that we are super-connected to each other through the software. The data management side of the product causes to be managing the issues raised in the working proces.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a super product that has an amazing interface. The ease of use helps us to find the features which are important for us. The speed of the software appears to be quite impressive. Though the variety of the channels of customer support is amazing, the quality could be problematic for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are few sides that should be noted as drawbacks for the product. Firstly, the lack of video feature is kind of problem for us that we would be happy to be provided with that. Besides, The quality level of customer support is unable to be an insufficient level that the response time from their side would be longer than usual. The limit in the training sessions is considered as a problem from our management that should be taken into consideration as a priority by your product development team as the update. The new features should be released often that could cause the loyalty of the users of the product, I do not see any substantial feat

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product helps us to be well-organized, to manage the communication and to have the efficient file-sharing in our company. We easily pass the information among our members, set the meetings, and solve the issues via the service of Azeus Convene provides.
