What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We've been using Cornerstone Learning Suites for the past few years as our company's learning management system. It serves as a centralized repository for all eLearning content, including non-video and some video-based content. In addition to mandatory compliance courses, role-specific and development content, and content for personal or professional growth. It's great that they're continuously improving the product. It is possible to include headers and details for web conferences in email messages to add to the product's uniqueness. The ability to define language equivalents is something I appreciate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cornerstone Learning Suites is a highly effective and dependable learning management system. Occasionally, training completion emails have not been sent out on time, as has happened in many instances. As a result, updating and tracking teams' progress became more challenging. It's not just one team that works on the LMS. Using a multi-team approach can result in inconsistencies across the entire program. If the action works only in one location of the LMS, you will see different results. Users may find it challenging to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I treasure the Cornerstone Learning Suites for their efficiency and stability. We're so good at finding the answers we need. Cornerstone is constantly striving to improve, and they listen to their customers as they do so. Customer suggestions influenced a large number of the new features. At this point, I'd say it's a thumbs up!

What differentiates Cornerstone LMS from other similar products?

CSOD is a good LMS that may integrate with different programs. This integration advantages an organization by providing “Add-ons” which will modify tracking of employees’ engagement and learning regardless of the program you deliver training. The back administration is incredibly complete and with New options in every new release. Conjointly it’s an enormous users community to assist and suggest me New learning ideas. Conjointly the mobile integration is a superb insight.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The UI is nice for an user and permits for the flexibleness required in terms of Welcome and Custom Pages to get the data across. The Learner Home makes it straightforward for end users to search out content they’re curious about in a format they are used to. As an Admin it provides several options to modify the expertise and leverage the info within the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn’t the way to run a conference with multiple simultaneous sessions that the user will only opt for one of for a time slot. It’ strange that. There are some different admin functions that are a touch cumbersome and will simply be enhanced. I might like additional interaction from user to user at intervals Learning. Interaction is added with a unique module.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implementation is key. Ensure to have an idea for division hierarchy once you implement. You’ll thank yourself in the future because it is simpler to set a plan in place than to try and back up and alter what you have implemented.

They have an excellent customer service portal and online resources. I also recommend purchasing the choice customer package for additional support when required. This provides you will one-on-one coaching from subject matters experts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think the end-user experience is one of the highlights. It looks great and is easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The backend of the system looks very dated. They are working on a lot of upgrades, so I am sure it is only a matter of time before this is updated. Nevertheless, it is still functional. Versioning can be a bit tricky and finicking. I have worked with other vendors that don't seem to have such issues with versioning content. However, there are a lot of other great features that outshine those vendors, so it still makes it worth it to be with Cornerstone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you get a great implementation consulting vendor. CSOD uses 3rd party vendors and if you have a poor consulting team, it will create a lot of extra work and stress for your internal implementation team. Expect to take on a lot of the work regardless, as this is your implementation, but having poor guidance and an unreliable consulting firm to deal with will cause challenges with your rollout timelines. We took a very short window for our implementation as we had no choice, but give yourself lots and lots of time, and if you think allocate enough time....add more time!!!
