I think Cornerstone is a great community partner since it provides an excellent product at reasonable costs and prompt customer service. The best part about this robust system is that any business or institution can adopt it because it can easily satisfy the bulk of organizational learning requirements and virtually every implementation scenario.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We were happy to be able to automate our courses and communications and streamline our learning offers and monitoring, and we now feel emancipated from many tedious management responsibilities. I like that we can save and manage all of our personnel training in one platform, allocate them automatically to our trainees, and send them emails automatically about our next scheduled session.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The maintenance and setup fall short of the quality of the product as a whole because supervisors may need to spend quite some time on research and click configuring a particular function, and it seems less professional and intimidating at times. It is really difficult and unnecessarily complex to track certificates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cornerstone has a fantastic team of people who are accessible if you have any questions. Users will appreciate its versatility and range of options for doing work more quickly and effectively. Making sure that no employee is overlooked and everybody completes their annual training and development needs, is incredibly beneficial.
