Are you looking for a great and reliable learning management system? Then Cornerstone Learning Suite is the best solution. It is our favorite and best learning management program for our learning needs and i like how it has so many great training materials. It allows us to create custom learning content and as well as purchase online content from our vendors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What i like most about it is that there is variety of different subjects materials available to choose from and we can assign training in bulk for compliance training. I like the ability to customize a variety of things to work for us. Also, i like that they also have a Client Success Center where you can get ideas and discuss topics with other clients and they have so much training available to help system administrators as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since i started using Cornerstone Learning Suite, i have not really found or encountered anything that I don't like. In fact, it is the best and most secure learning management system in the market.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cornerstone Learning Suite has really been of great help. I highly recommend it to all companies looking for a nice and cost-effective solution for online training.

What differentiates Cornerstone LMS from other similar products?

I have encountered many different softwares in the market like Cornerstone LMS but they are not very effective and smooth compared to Cornerstone LMS. It is a beast of a system and it can be a great platform to deliver training. In order for a product to work correctly, businesses needs to have a well thought out plan on how they want to leverage the system in their processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I tend to think that clients frustrations sets in when they realize that Cornerstone LMS isn't just a plug and play application. It requires dedicated bodies in order to get the most out of it and i like that Cornerstone LMS has really grown in the past 7 years that i have been using the software and it is constantly evolving and try hard to meet the needs of their customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some of the parts of the system that are not much intuitive and difficult to navigate (certifications).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is nice that Cornerstone LMS is open to the feedback and has plans to update legacy parts of the system.

What differentiates Cornerstone LMS from other similar products?

Alignment is the key which enables you to align employee's individual goals with the goals of the organization through learning in development has been the key in fostering a nurturing culture to better serve our customers. Cornerstone Learning Suite is able to do pretty much all of the basics that you would definitely expect from a LMS. Has a good option for automatic data feed from an HRIS.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Cornerstone Learning Suite, i like the ability to create custom pages which is great and allows you to do most things you need outside of the in-built system functionality. I like the interface which is quite user-friendly and intuitive thus making it simple to learn and use. Finally, i love all the flexibility you have with Cornerstone Learning Suite since it is a robust system that allows you to configure things in a way that works well for you.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that there is some clunkiness to the application but they are constantly making efforts to fix these areas recently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have used Cornerstone Learning Suite for quite long time and it has been of great help. I lack nothing to dislike about it since it meets all our requirements.
