What differentiates Cortex XSOAR from other similar products?

The product itself is unique from other SOAR tools. It is Robust, easy to use, customizable, and contains all the parameters which we expect a SOC analyst to be knowledgeable of everything. The Machine learning usage in the tool is amazing as it helps us a lot in improving our usage. Playbooks, Automation scripts, Integrations, Dashboards and many are very easy to use and implement which I didn't find in it's competitors. Even there are many things which I need to explore even after working with the product for nearly 3 years.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of using the product is amazing. The documentation part is the best because in xsoar.pan.dev and in Beacon we have a lot of documents related to XSOAR which is the best thing and can't be found in other products

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't find any dislike directly in the product. But when we raise a feature request to get something new, it requires lot of votes from other organizations as well. Hence we need to wait for a long time to get it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is not just provides SOAR capabilities but also it makes us use all the features in a very easy way by giving a proper training in Beacon portal and also in it related sites like xsoar.pan.dev . Even if we get errors everything is documented so, we can just browse that error to get resolution. The playbooks design is also very easy and capable of automating any task.

What differentiates Cortex XSOAR from other similar products?

Cortex XSOAR has Playbook feature, just drag and drop some conditional functional blocks and you playbook is active. It will run on multiple incidents and took required actions automatically.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1. Playbook (runbook). 2. Dashboards includes pie chart, bar charts etc

What do you dislike most about this product?

Developers docs requires improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If someone looking for security orchestration platform and that do more than 80% automation work - Cortex XSOAR is the solutoin
