What differentiates CounselLink CLM from other similar products?

I have only ever worked with one other tool that was more database than contract creation tool. For me, the system fulfills everything I expect from a contract management tool, with very few exceptions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool is very helpful to a Legal department and other departments too, as it enables a transparent workflow for contract creation and processing, with options for transparent approval processes, setting of important deadlines and responsibilities, getting reports for various seach criterias and more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the system has problems with uploaded documents, changes or mixes up the formatting of the uploaded document, so that you then have to find a workaround. You also can't upload all kind of documents.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The system prevents isolated solutions, i.e. the storage of contract documents on the computers of individual persons, it facilitates transparency in contract negotiations (who did what? Where do we stand? When did what take place?) and simplifies the creation and negotiation of contracts.
