What differentiates CounselLink CLM from other similar products?

The user interface

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I selected this product in 2019 when it was Parley Pro and privately owned because of the wonderful notification system. These have critically failed twice now, for extended periods, since LexisNexis acquired Parley Pro. Customer service has also taken a steep nose dive into the ground.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Failure of critical elements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Probably don't. There are a plethora of other options available.

Workflow Solution allows business to automate approval and action routines for easy fast processing through the lifecycle.

Obligation Management Obligations, deliveries, SLA status, key event tracking of contract events through the CLM system

Searchable Repository Storage and indexing of contracts by various criteria, including meta-tagging capabilities. Online access to all personnel that need access to them

Integration Linkage from CLM to transactional systems such as order management systems, accounts payable systems, CRM, P2P/S2S, Legal Matter solutions, and risk management
