What differentiates CounselLink CLM from other similar products?

Parley Pro is super easy to use, and is not overengineered like similar CLM's. Even with minimal training, you can easily intuitively figure out what you need to do, and if you get stuck, their team is there to help you with near immediacy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The notifications for milestones and other events.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish formatting templates was a little different, but this is such a minor thing, it doesn't change my opinion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the second company where I have implemented Parley Pro over the original vendor the company had. Parley Pro is wonderful to work with, and easy and fast to get up and running. The legacy data import is seamless, and it's just so easy to use, with wonderful features, that you'll never miss sending a notice of termination prior to an auto-renewal again.
