What differentiates Crowdstrike Falcon Platform from other similar products?

It's really light weight. It doesn't give any sort of hindrance to the user, works silently in background. Other products generally doesn't have these features. You can manage lot off stuff from central console. including pushing upgraded versions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It being light weight and not having GUI for user. Everything is managed by Admin .

What do you dislike most about this product?

It doesn't have any VPN or ZTNA solution. It that is included this product will be a must to have. It should also fetch the softwares installed in endpoint list.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is worth giving a try. Easy to implement and setup. Lots of new features and promising security results.

What differentiates Crowdstrike Falcon Platform from other similar products?

Crowdstrike is a company that has a top-tier stake in the EDR world. Anyway, it's easy to install on your device. The installation was completed in a few minutes, and there was no need to reboot, so from an administrator's point of view, it was easy to ask employees. The administration console is in English but can be used without much trouble. We have introduced it as a preventive measure against the contemporary sophistication of cyber-attacks. Still, we monitor it every day, believing that it will be detected even in an emergency.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The sensor action is light. There is no load on the PC due to a full scan after installation, which is expected. It is also a product that favors lightness of operation. There is no such thing, as it is lightweight and lacks functionality. Like other products, it has features such as NGAV, EDR, and asset management. In addition, the management screen is straightforward to see. A control panel is built on top of Splunk. You can't freely customize it, but I don't think it's a problem because it has all the necessary information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There seems to be no notification method (client-side only) when an anomaly is detected, so that it will be handled by conventional log monitoring, etc. Still, I think it would be nice to have a notification mechanism.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I believe it is very cost-effective because you can almost effortlessly increase the level of security on and off the server. Some servers also have Deep Security Agents, and both run without problems. Also, the operation is very lightweight and does not load CPU or memory, so that it can be used confidently. I have installed it on more than ten machines and have never had an installation failure. It is helpful as a security product because it does not affect other processes, even if installed on a terminal, so it does not affect other functions.
