What differentiates Cvent Attendee Hub from other similar products?
I do not have a lot of experience with other fee based products mainly because I do not have the need to look for another vendor. Cvent Attendee Hub as met the needs of our organization and they continue to make improvements and innovations to the tool to keep current with the changing times.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the flexibility to make the tool work for our specific needs - using exhibitor space for poster presenters is one example.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish there was more opportunity to brand the overall look/feel.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spend time to earn certification available, use the tool frequently to retain knowledge and use your client and training specialists for support.

Excellent product, poor product specialist

What differentiates Cvent Attendee Hub from other similar products?
At the time, they offered more features at a similar or lower cost than their competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to integrate with Zoom to provide a reliable event.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Our product specialist was not very responsive or helpful. We got more assistance from the help desk than we did from our assigned contact.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask for an overview of the entire implementation process from the very start. As we began implementation, new things continued to be thrown at us that needed to be done in order for the next thing to be done.
