What differentiates Datadog from other similar products?

We had very complex monitoring requirements for IoT-related APIs and mobile app users. There were several different tools, there were no reliable results, and we were losing credibility in the stability and reliability of our infrastructure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Server Resource Usage, Multi-stage Alerts based on configurable thresholds, Custom Dashboards of all accumulated data, Does a good job of managing logs with full search, live access, and automatic archiving to S3 too it is simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reduce delays in monitoring agent response time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

is ideal for an environment that doesn't require large investments in supporting infrastructure, a cloud-based approach, or something that is priced fairly enough that it can grow the business

What differentiates Datadog from other similar products?

In the past we had problems adding all our portfolio with other solutions but with DataDog it has been different. It helps us monitor incidents in our virtual infrastructure, either locally or in the cloud, it shows us statistics and alarms throughout the infrastructure, regardless of the hosting provider's console.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

has simple dashboards that allow visibility from different vendors to be displayed in one place offers a wide variety of integrations with third-party services and systems has been easy for us available customizations for viewing metrics has helped us identify bottlenecks, it is excellent for monitoring CPU, memory and all resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes charts are a bit confusing, Additional reporting capabilities are missing

is ideal for businesses of all sizes is good for evaluating application performance and identifying bottlenecks. It has support for custom metrics.

What differentiates Datadog from other similar products?

By using Datadog as the monitoring tool for infrastructure services like disk, CPU, RAM, uptime, network IN and application metrics like service availability, our team became more effective at locating and resolving problems. As I installed Datadog with SNOW, it enabled me to prioritize the job by allowing me to see all infra level and application level consumptions through monitors. Whenever the threshold is surpassed, I would receive an email and a ticket.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For the past year plus, I have been using datadog. It is a flexible tool that can be used for event recording, monitoring network statistics, identifying security risks, and monitoring application performance. It has a large selection of dashboards that can be customized, and there are several third party interfaces available. When browsing through logs, it is SO MUCH FASTER, CLEANER, and EASIER.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI for creating dashboards can occasionally be unnecessarily complicated and awkward. The only recommendation I would offer is to make datadog's user interface (UI) better because it may occasionally be confusing. It would also be beneficial if users had easier access to the documentation on the use of datadog.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Datadog stands out in the cloud and application monitoring area if you're looking for simplicity of access when it comes to a monitoring application because of how quickly it can enable a broad range of integrations. simple setup and one tool for full monitoring.
