What differentiates Demandbase One from other similar products?
DemandBase has the name and customer support that they are famous for. If you are looking for peer acknowledgement and not have questions thrown back at your, DemandBase is always a good bet to have in your portfolio.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best part is to orchestrate multi-channel journeys from the tool. The ability to plan and orchestrate a full channel surround using programmatic, social, email, and others makes campaign planning a breeze.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The inability to port engagement data into your own CDP. We want DemandBase engagement data in our own Customer Data Platform to see the full picture of the audience, but they currently don't make that easy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out, take it for a test drive, and have very clear goals and metrics on what you are looking to accomplish. Also have dedicated resources to utilize the tool, or it may fall through the cracks very quickly if left unmanaged.
