What differentiates DeskTime from other similar products?

There is no other software that can challenge Desk time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We like being able to track the progress of a task or project. It also assists us in streamlining current processes in order to increase productivity. It also encourages workers to be more productive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few quirks that have caused us some trouble. Constantly archiving projects can be inconvenient because it causes confusion and slows down processes. The task timers may disappear or stop counting after a few moments. If you're using the software for multiple departments with multiple supervisors, determining permission levels and who can see and do what can be difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Organize projects and tasks with the Trello Integration. It greatly simplifies the creation of projects and tasks.

Powerful Software for Tracking Employee Time

What differentiates DeskTime from other similar products?

Thanks to the screenshot feature, I can see where my team member spends most of their time in the app. And the timer function allows me to track how much time I spend on each task. The fact that DeskTime monitors workers' online and offline time is its biggest perk, and it has led directly to increased efficiency and output on the part of our staff.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

DeskTime is a powerful method of keeping tabs on your staff's activity and progress. Taking a screenshot at specific intervals throughout a project's development and keeping track of the time spent on it allows us to create a comprehensive time log. It's convenient that the program runs invisibly in the background and keeps tabs on time and actions without prompting the user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Many visited URLs seem to be grouped under a general "Firefox" item, even if it detects specific active browser tabs, such as YouTube and Gmail. Also, it seems to under-report my time spent on sites like Twitter.com on several occasions, when it's been much longer and is more in line with other time-tracking applications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Regarding time tracking and team monitoring software, DeskTime is among the most excellent options available. It's helpful to see how much time my team spends on various applications and projects. In addition, I can keep track of my time use and generate reports that are useful in keeping me on task.

DeskTime is different in that it comes with plenty of monitoring tools that leads to better optimization

Using DeskTime is easy and it is an affordable tool I like the time tracking capabilities

No hurdles with DeskTime as it has been great

For better employee tracking and monitoring, DeskTime is the best I have used and therefore I recommend it
