Dialogflow is unique because it understands and responds to human language naturally, making interactions feel smooth and conversational.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I love most about Dialogflow is how well it understands what people actually mean, not just the words they say. This makes it easier to create chatbots that feel natural, almost like talking to a real person.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about Dialogflow is that it can sometimes be tricky to fine-tune, especially for complex conversations. It can take a lot of tweaking to get the bot to handle more advanced or specific queries smoothly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're thinking about using Dialogflow, make sure you know what you want your bot to do, and keep things simple at first it'll help the bot sound more natural and work better.

Dialog flow is easy to integrate with google assitance and facebook messenger . It is developed by google so it’s brand

There various aspects of but mainly is as easy to use Multiple languages support, Context management NLP support
What do you dislike most about this product?
I did not find as I dislike that. It will good it reduce the time of Suppot ETa.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommended I will recommend if you are looking for a great product for conversion agents then go for it.
