What differentiates Dialogflow from other similar products?
It humanizing interactions. Its wide array of integrations ensures better conversations. which saves human resources for more complex tasks and reduces operational costs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A google product, user-friendly interfaces, simplifies the development process and makes it accessible to users of varying technical abilities. It's exceptional at interpreting rules and patterns and boasts impressive natural language processing capabilities. Its analytics feature is another standout that helps in improving the bot's performance over time, offers suggestions for training phrases, its ability to deploy across multiple platforms with ease, provides pre-built entities and intents, GCP as is it provides high availability, scalability, fault tolerance, read replicas depending on different services.
What do you dislike most about this product?
it's pricing features as they are too high, customization/UI- it is good but needs to work upon it more, Lack of Extensive Tutorials, Limited Free options, Language Understanding.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
as it is a google product so for me it means easy to locate, will improve quickly and will add more features/ will work upon it quickly,so, this will be highly recommended.
