The only concern that I would have to mention, and I'm nitpicking here would be the pricing for the business licence. At USD 15 per user is kind of steep for a larger team, especially if companies are just starting out. Although the offerings are well worth the money, the price could make a lot of users, especially the bigger players think twice. And for such products the reach is the main criteria as a wide user base is crucial in ensuring that the product stays relevant.

Based on personal experience I would say don't think twice. Just go for it, and you'll definitely thank me later. This product has massive potential and can offer tremendous value to the business. There are quite a few processes around sales, pre sales, customer service and personal relations that can be organized and synergized to a significant degree with Dialpad.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This software is improbably simple to navigate. There area unit such a big amount of alternative ways to make conferences easy to handle. There is a feature which I like most, 'report' where I can see which member talked how much time. Thats very Intersting :)

There is nothing dislikable about this product, all the things are working parfectly.

Call quality is great. support team is very helpful and quick to respond. Screen sharing feature is very smooth.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Recording is not available on free version also the limit for meeting is 45 minutes until we buy the paid plan. Cost of dial pad meeting is on bit higher side. Mobile app is not good as comparison to browser website.
