What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It gives the ability to have both a personal and a work phone without the additional device required and it is also compatible with all the VOIP available phones in the market, the best part if you receive an inbound call we can capture the information and save it directly to the CRM, which actually saves the time. Also, reports and analytics it the best feature to see the complete data, and it's easy to use it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Screensharing gets stuck sometimes and takes a few extra minutes to share the screen and the Knowledge base can be a little more information so users can use it more on a daily basis in case we are stuck with the application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great product for daily meetings and helps to operate the business internally and externally with the clients/Team members. Comes up with great audio quality if you compare it with other products and is easy to use and set up for large-scale operations.

Dialpad features is totally different which is very easy to use, user friendly and it's very fast. While we take a meeting or share any screen so it's open that very quickly and no interruptions is there.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We enhanced overall productivity because it allows us to record our official calls and can listen to them again to get the point like what our stakeholders want and what they say so we can figure out how we can improve things. The best and my favorite feature is that has simplified our training and testing system and it allows us to create an unlimited number of playlists, each with its own shared link. Dialpad Talk allows us to see the entire call history as well as use charts, providing a fantastic visual insight to keep us updated. The ability to examine the conversation has aided us a lot in maintaining the accuracy of crucial notes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Setting up and signing up on a Dialpad Talk solution on a laptop and a cell phone is extremely difficult and confusing and the instructions are difficult to comprehend.

Dialpad Talk is a more cost-effective choice for startups as well as small enterprises and big corporations looking to avoid large upfront fees for their communications solution. The UI is simple to use and allows even non-IT staff to work on it easily as well as call quality is excellent which is best at giving a boost to the communication system.
