What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?

The best thing about this platform provides unlimited calling capabilities for both free and licensed users. High definition video conferencing is also a very attractive point from a customer point of view, even HD screen sharing is adding more value over this. No doubt audio quality but obvious is crystal clear. This platform does not require any installation or PIN to join the meeting. Simply just click on the invitation link which will navigate you on a browser with the meeting running. This platform is cloud-based therefore no need to worry about security and reliability and also this platform supports VoIP calling across all the world.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of this platform is "Ease of use" because of the simple neat and clean user interface. This application is available on windows, chrome, extension, iOS, Mac and Android. The deployment, integration, and customisation are good and seamless. The Integration is really very easy and users can integrate much software such as G Suite, Microsoft office 365 Integration also. The customisation and the personalisation are great, I can pick or choose any background image to make meetings more interactive. This platform also supports AI technology which is a really helpful feature for customers to make this platform smooth and robust.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What to dislike if everything is working perfectly fine for me. I can add a few points just to add a few greater values of this application as likelihood feedback. Having no valid caller ID causes many issues with keeping track of clients that are not added to my contact list manually. When I receive an image from the text on the Dialpad computer app I cannot blow the picture up very big.  Also, sometimes it is hard to determine if an incoming call is a personal call or a Dialpad call. So that is all from my end in this section.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you talk about recommendations, so my very first recommendation is first to use it then you would realise how cool this is a meeting platform. Though this platform provides unlimited calling capabilities so use it as a trial then you would take the premium package. Because the free version has a lot of features then please think about what would you get with the premium package. Analytics is a beneficial tool you can use to increase performance which is one of the best benefits for Dialpad premium users and many more.

What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?

I so wanted to love this product as a new, connected, contemporary phone/communications system that would streamline communications and meetings from vendors to clients to team to etc etc etc. The idea makes Dialpad unique even if it falls short in execution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It would have been the integration if that worked as it should. Because that was rather clunky and didn’t work out in any kind of streamlined way for us, the features that we liked the best were the recording features were pretty good and we really liked the AI notetaking features well. We didn’t necessarily take advantage of it as much as we could have but that was a pretty killer feature.

HD quality of video conferencing along with screen sharing is a very special and unique feature of this platform. Just click on the link which will work very well without any limitations on the web browser. Just in one click, many more features are accessible which is the best example of easy to use and the user experience will be cosy and flawless like HD screen sharing, start audio/video call, file sharing, recording meeting (locally or on the cloud), invite anyone within the organisation or outside the organisation, call switching, 1x1 or group chat, VOIP calls and many more. DND is a really easy function to use and very much useful for me

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I would like to mention about the cost which is a favourite aspect for me as well for other customers. Surprisingly this platform offers both free and premium packages both. In both packages, there is no time limitation of the call timings. Multiplatform support is also playing a vital role, one single app that works on iOS/Android, PC and Mac as well. Most of the time I use this application on my iPad, you won't believe "how colour full application it is". The best part is irrespective of the platform there is no limitation in features across all platforms which is really the biggest asset to work from anywhere rather working from home.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No doubt the "Dialpad" application is a great tool for online or virtual communication. But there is always a scope for improvement is possible. Sometimes I face intermittent disconnection during VoIP calls or sometimes little lag as well. VoIP is supported almost for all countries but there are few countries in middle-east which are not supported for VoIP calls. If the network switch from WIFI to a mobile network there is a long delay to connect again, if possible then the delay can be reduced. Apart from these two issues, this application is working perfectly fine from my end and I would give it five stars.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dialpad is one of the most secure platforms, the very first thing of this platform is cloud-based and also follows a lot of security protocols to eliminate security threats. If someone is using this application without a license package this platform will ask every time PIN before joining a meeting which is also one the best example to make this platform secure and reliable. So In short, Dialpad is one of the best tool meeting platforms which is taking guarantee of security. I belong to the financial IT industry that’s why we choose this platform.
