What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?
You can add hold music when your guests are waiting for you to join the videoconference, that seems original to me, I could also integrate my Google Calendar (if you have Outlook it is also possible). It is flexible with integrations to team collaboration and CRM tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I was really impressed when I started using this software for internal and external work communications, I found transcription tools, recording of meetings, and one of the best features are the "Do Not Disturb" features which make calls not forward to my phone all the time. It is easy to use and is convenient to use with customers as it will not complicate the situation for them. I like the menus and user interface. Screen sharing works without interruptions or drops The mobile application it offers allows for greater mobility and portability which makes remote work easier. The audio and video is pretty decent, one of the best.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Chat does not always update or sync across devices which can be confusing or annoying.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend saving your most frequently used clients and contacts by name so they will be much easier to find. If you will be making calls, add them to your contact manager first. You can also bookmark "Favorites".

What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?
The difference between UberConference and other similar products is that it does not require heavy downloads, offers a visually pleasing interface, is very easy to use quickly, offers great advantages and solutions when conducting meetings, differentiates itself by offering excellent products and services which are at our disposal.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of UberConference is the ease with which I can schedule and initiate calls directly from my favorite browser, HD video meetings, web conferencing and mobile apps, I love its features that I can fully make use of. I love that it is constantly improving and that it works hand in hand with its users. It is a wonderful platform that exceeds expectations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
UberConference is a tool that has worked perfectly for me and has been of great help to me and my work team, it helps us stay well connected and working productively, so far I have no bad comments, it has worked very well for me without failures or interruptions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend UberConference to anyone who is considering its use, it is a wonderful platform that offers the opportunity to start meetings in real time by sharing face to face as if we were in the same place, it offers excellent features and functions. A visually pleasing interface, security and speed. It works perfectly from anywhere and on any device, adapting to our needs and fulfilling what is promised, it offers more than what we normally need to collaborate online, with a free trial and great benefits, it is of great help and offers total and resounding success.

UberConference offers some of the best controls when it comes to conferencing - from muting, noise cancellation, screen sharing and more. In addition, a business saves on operation costs as it is one of the most affordable choices out there.
