What differentiates Diligent Boards from other similar products?

Diligent software is widely known software and it provide most secure way to communicate with board throughout various access points like uploads, messages, surveys, etc. It is easy to learn and intuitive. Diligent provides you 24/7 support with professional support executives, we've get our all issues solved easily by their support team. Overall, I must say that I'm happy and satisfied customer of diligent software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I loved the product overall but there some key features I really love about this product, which are following:- 1.) It is easy to learn and use for both sides administration side and user side. 2.) Diligent customer support is amazing and available 24/7 to answer our queries. 3.) It is highly secure and provides assurance that our data is safe and protected.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have any such complaints. Only one thing I want to mention is the price is little much higher.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendations for other users is if you are looking for a board management software which is easy to use, have great support, and highly secure then Diligent is right product for you and your organisation.

Their help desk service is outstanding. Any slight issue (even user error) they are extremely helpful.

The agenda builder is a great feature and saves me valuable time.

There is nothing that stands out as a dislike.
