What differentiates Diligent Sustainability Reporting Software from other similar products?

We were pleased with the ease of results and efficiency it offered with managing multiple layers of data in a spreadsheet form.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

They have effective customer service, quickly responds to customers problems and do provide solution. Very easy to use, does everything we need and more for our CDP reporting and our Annual Report and Accounts

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software is a bit technical and challenging to get started with, but with consistent use and training, it can be achievable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Deligent since it provides a straight forward solution to the reporting with simple but effective reports for audit purposes.

It receives and analyse data from different sources within the organisation and visualise it for effective reporting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is how its able to automate it task of receiving data and analysing the data for use. This helps for good decision making.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have any dislike about the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is very good for reporting. it is able to automate some important task therefore do not need plenty end user time.
