What differentiates Direct FTP from other similar products?

It's a solid product but there are many other options available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We've never had any issues with it locking up or freezing during transfers. That was our biggest peeve with other products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's kind of dated and could use a major refresh.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd shop around a bit. There are a lot of very similar products in the marketplace.
