What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?

Very user friendly, modern, lots of features, friendly staff/support

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lots of features that are easy to use, very intuitive for both admin and learner

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are certain areas that really need updating and I'm not sure why it still hasn't as the community has been asking for it for years. For example, updating certificate templates is a pain, you can't duplicate an ILT, the course catalog area doesn't show the catalog code despite every other area showing codes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely give it a go, chances are Docebo has what you need.

What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?

The user experience was a major selling point and the ability to integrate with MS Teams and Outlook and our HRIS system has made administrative tasks much simpler. Most LMS offer the same base-level features, but Docebo offers them in a way that is incredibly easy to navigate and with so much room to do more than the basics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The level of available automation and logic/filters makes enrollments, assignments, and certification tracking very easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our specific use case has some edge cases that the product does not currently have answers for - but they are very responsive to enhancement requests.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Involve as many people as you can in the Demo and don't just test your average process, test your edge-cases.

What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?

I've been working with learning management systems and other SaaS products since the late '90s - Docebo's customer support is second-to-none in my experience. All such platforms have their strengths and weaknesses and this quality, timely support is the key differentiator.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I don't have a favorite. What's there is adequate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has created a lot of difficulty and limitations that all assignments must be graded. There is not enough options to turn some features off in developing self-directed, ungraded learning. Providing training for our SaaS products doesn't need grades. Our audience is working professionals, not school children.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If it has most of what you're looking for, the support will make up for the shortfalls.
