What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

DocuSign has a high level of customization that we have not found in any other software we have used before. Not only that, it is backed with unique features best suited for our needs. Since we wanted to transition to a paperless environment, DocuSign is a great app with many integrations. It is a great tool for our company since we sign large number of documents in a month. Most importantly, it is easy to use and cheap.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With DocuSign we have eliminated use of aper and the speed of signing documents has increased. We no longer have to use fax or scan documents to send files for signatures, which has saved time and money for us. I love the ease of tracking documents and to be able to know the progress of each document. Our client have also been satisfied with the ease of the software. Also, the ability to send and receive a large mass of signatures at the same time has moved our organization into greater heights in business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the mobile application ease of use is not as we expected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend DocuSign to large companies who deal with mass number of documents to be signed. It speeds up the process, though it can be expensive.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

It offers initials rather than the whole signature. Also I can add people to receive the signed copy of the document, which is very helpful for me and saves me time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Option to send reminders to signors

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing structure and plans are not flexible. It lacks ability to pay per use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to train your personnel as it can get a little complicated in the beginning
