What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

We in Public sector have a requirement for wet signatures. Docusign is a god send.We could easily integrate it with our ERP. Our senior leadership need not print the documents and can sign using Docusign. It increased the efficiency to a great extent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The company keeps coming up with new use cases and features. The product can be easily integrated with other Enterprise systems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It works like a charm. I cannot think of anything as of now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great product. Every organization must leverage it. We use it in HR recruiting, Procurement contracts and purchase order approvals, Invoice approvals, Expense approvals to name a few. There can be many more use cases where this wonderful product can be used.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

More features, less expensive, and integrates into the software we already use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that it is user-friendly for my clients and quick for me to put together a document. I can make changes to my figure tips. We sign a lot of contracts, and the signers are usually busy folks who don't have time to print, scan, and email. With DocuSign, at few clicks we have it signed and delivered.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some customers being unfamiliar with the product and having questions before they signed the emailed document regarding the security and verification.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to get paperwork signed by clients, especially with so many people working from home during the Covid lockdowns. Business kept ongoing. So to get the document signed and verified at the figure tips I would strongly recommend using DocuSign as it's one of the best and easy to use.
