What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

It is pretty user-friendly (especially for the end-user), and it is trustworthy as far as security. It allows for more customization than some other, similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of sending a document to be signed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability to edit PDFs directly in the product (other than being able to delete a page).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider your budget and the breadth of features you will require because it can only do so much for the cost. It can be frustrating to use DocuSign if you need vast customization of the forms or need to be able to really control what you want put in to the docs through the product/the urgency of signature required, etc.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

Price differs from other similar products but if you pay for the full year this product does provide a discout.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The many features and it saves a lot of time and running around.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only dislike with this is sometimes there is confusion on the receiving end of this product when it comes to needing permissions for access.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say to try the 30 day free trial.

Digital Signature Not the same as e-signature. A digital signature is an encrypted packet associated with a document. Encrypted and decrypted via keys in a signatory certificate.

User-Friendly Intuitive and easy-to-use, with drag and drop tools to build forms on a visual canvas-type workspace.

Security Software provides appropriate data and access security.

Mobile Ability to support multiple devices, OSes and platforms using mobile optimized, HTML-based web access and/or native applications.
